New Hope Mills has produced quality products for over 185 years!  Our Café is another testament to our standards of high quality. Our coffee beans are roasted in Cortland by Coffee Mania, then delivered fresh to our Auburn Café so that our customers can enjoy the freshest coffee and specialty drinks around!

We have also chosen not to use any flavor syrups in our drinks that contain High Fructose Corn Syrup.

All of our delicious baked goods are produced in house.  Stop by anytime and order up New Hope Mills Pancakes with coffee or just grab a drink to go!

Our Café is open for business Monday-Friday 8-3:30 pm and Saturdays 10-1:30 pm.  Call ahead 315.252.2676 and order enough coffee and donuts for your office!  Or come by and take a break, relax and surf the internet.

All-You-Can-Eat Pancakes on Fridays from 8 am -1 pm for only $3.99 per person.  Try to beat the record of 22.5 pancakes.  Drinks not included.
