Complete Buttermilk. The name says it all; you don’t have to add anything but water! There is already powdered egg and powdered shortening in the mix. Also, the leavening is different from our other mixes so that it doesn’t start to rise until it hits a hot griddle. It is also a little bit sweeter than our regular Buttermilk mix. So, we call it our restaurant style mix - mix it up ahead and keep it in the fridge. Complete Buttermilk can be purchased in sets of 4-2 lb bags, 12-2 lb bags, 2-5 lb bags or 6-5 lb bags.
