Chia is the Mayan word for strength. The chia seeds were used by these ancient cultures as mega-energy food. The chia seed is packed with powerful nutrition.

It is so easy to add chia to your diet. Just sprinkle the chia on your cereal, yogurt, salads into your casseroles, or drop some into your bread, muffin, and cookie dough to sneak some extra nutrition into your children's snkacks.
