I bought these awhile ago when doing a low carb diet and never made them, just made them tonight! They are delicious! When doing low carb you need some real comforting bread type products and these fill the bill! Great with coffee, a little more like a biscuit but I like that, sort of sconeish! Very good and will be ordering more! This was a purchase. - Amber
These are great! As someone who can't eat high carb foods without stomach issues, I have really missed muffins. These fill the void. I have tried others and they are not worth the effort of chewing many times. :-) If you are expecting these to taste exactly like the full carb mixes or the muffins you can buy at the store, you may be disappointed but I have always found those to be way too sweet. These muffins have a little bit more of a biscuity taste but not overwhelmingly so. My biggest problem with them is that I cannot find them in local grocery stores. (Wegmans, are you listening?) This was a purchase. - Private
Very light, fluffy and not too sweet. Only 2 net carbs and they don't send my blood sugar crazy. Love these. They keep well too in a container so I can have some for breakfast several times a week. This was a purchase. - Tennessee low carber/diabetic
