Nestled in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes region, Schoolyard Sugarbush began in the yard of a one-room schoolhouse. The century old maple trees were tapped with buckets and the sap was boiled on a small wood stove. Although much has changed in technology to create efficiency, the process and purity of our products remain the same.
