Ingredients:
- 2 ⅓ cups New Hope Mills Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- ½ cup sugar
- ⅓ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Gently mix all ingredients together, just until combined
For shaped biscuits: on a lightly floured surface gently press dough flat to 1/2″ thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter. Repeat, handling the dough as little as possible. Place cut biscuits on a well-oiled or parchment-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly toasted in appearance.
For cake biscuits: gently spread dough evenly in a well-oiled or parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly toasted in appearance.
Serve while still warm.
Add fresh strawberries, ice cream, and whipped cream for a delightful treat!
