“Scotch Irish Oatmeal”
Directions: 1 Cup Oats to 3 Cups Water
Bring water to boil, add oats (add a dash of salt if you wish). Allow water return to boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for about 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency.
