Ingredients:
- 1 bag of New Hope Mills Traditional Brownie Mix
- 1 cup of NHM Bread Flour (or all-purpose flour)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 stick melted butter (4 Tablespoons)
- 1/ cup powdered sugar
Directions:
- In a bowl or electric mixer, combine the mix, flour, eggs, and butter until fully combined. The dough will be thick. Wrap and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove dough from the fridge and form into 1-inch balls then roll in powdered sugar.
- Place cookies 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-13 minutes.
- Remove and cool on wire rack.
- Makes about 30 cookies.
