Pancake Flour Muffins

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups of New Hope Mills Pancake Mix (Of Your Choice)
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 Tbsp. Melted Butter or Oil
• 1 Egg
• Optional:  Add fresh blueberries or alternative topping of your choice!

Drop egg into Pancake Mix; stir in milk and butter. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes.
