Bread Ingredients
- 2 cups New Hope Mills Apple Cinnamon Pancake mix
- 2 Apples peeled, cored and small diced
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 6 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
- ¾ cups Milk
- 2 eggs
Topping Ingredients
- ½ cup New Hope Mills Apple Crisp Mix
- 2 Tbsp softened unsalted butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a standard sized bread pan
- Mix Topping ingredients in a small bowl until combined and resemble a nice moist crumb
- Peel, core and small dice 2 apples (1/4 inch sized pieces)
- Mix Pancake Mix and Brown sugar until well combined
- In a separate bowl mix together eggs, melted butter and milk.
- Pour wet ingredients and prepared apples into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour into prepared pan and evenly sprinkle Topping and immediately put into the prepared oven
- Bake for 45-50min or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes
Caramel Drizzle
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Butter
- ¼ – ½ tsp Cinnamon
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except for cinnamon in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir till butter is melted.
- Turn down to medium-low heat and stir until caramel starts to slightly thicken. Add cinnamon.
- Let cool and drizzle on cooled Apple Bread.
