Sweet Milk Pancake Recipe: 2 Cups Buckwheat Flour + ¾ Tsp Salt + 1 1/2 Tsp Baking Power + 2 Tbsp Sugar + 2 Cups Milk + 1 Egg + 1 Tbsp oil or melted shortening
Sour Milk Pancake Recipe: 2 Cups Buckwheat Flour + ¾ Tsp Salt + 1 Tsp Soda + 2 Cups Sour Milk + 1 Egg + 1 Tbsp oil or melted shortening
Mix and sift dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients. Mix well. Pour on a hot, greased griddle.
