Sweet Milk Pancake Recipe:
- 2 Cups Buckwheat Flour
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Power
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Cups Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp oil or melted shortening
Sour Milk Pancake Recipe:
- 2 Cups Buckwheat Flour
- ¾ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda
- 2 Cups Sour Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbsp oil or melted shortening
Directions for Both Recipes:
- Mix and sift dry ingredients
- Add wet ingredients. Mix well.
- Pour on a hot, greased griddle.
- Brown both sides and serve hot.
