Low-Fat Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup New Hope Mills Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Clove
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup 100% Pumpkin

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or line muffin tin. Combine dry ingredients in one bowl, in another bowl combine wet ingredients. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture and mix till all is combined. Evenly divide muffin batter into 9 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 min, or until baked.
