Ingredients:
- 1 Package of New Hope Mills Sugar Cookie Mix
- 1 ½ cups almond flour or meal
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp almond extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter with ½ cup of the Sugar Cookie mix and almond extract.
- Add the remaining sugar cookie mix and almond flour and stir until combined.
- Using about 1-inch round pieces of dough, form crescent shapes and place on the prepared pan at least 1 inch apart.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges become golden brown.
- Remove to a wire cooling rack and dust with powdered sugar while cookies are still warm.
