Almond Crescent Cookies

Almond crescent cookies

Ingredients:

Directions: 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream the butter with ½ cup of the Sugar Cookie mix and almond extract. 
  3. Add the remaining sugar cookie mix and almond flour and stir until combined. 
  4. Using about 1-inch round pieces of dough, form crescent shapes and place on the prepared pan at least 1 inch apart.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes or until edges become golden brown. 
  6. Remove to a wire cooling rack and dust with powdered sugar while cookies are still warm.
