Birthday Cake Doughnuts

Doughnut Ingredients:

• 1 cup New Hope Mills Birthday Cake Pancake Mix

• 1 egg

• 1.5 Tbsp melted butter

• ¼ cup cold water

Glaze Ingredients:

• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 1.5 Tbsp milk

Makes 12 mini doughnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, whisk wet ingredients together, add mix and whisk until well combined. Pipe or spoon the batter into a well-greased mini doughnut pan, filling each ring 2/3 full. Bake 12-13 minutes.

Prepare a glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk together. Once cool, dip each doughnut in the glaze. Garnish with sprinkles.
