Chocolate Banana Nut Pancake Stack

Ingredients for Pancakes:

  • 2 cups New Hope Mill’s Pancake Mix (Buttermilk, Old Fashioned or Whole Wheat)
  • 1 ¾ cups cold water
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup walnuts

Directions:

Preheat griddle to 350°F. Whisk together pancake mix, water, butter and mashed banana until batter is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour about ¼ cup batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles break over the surface and edges appear dry, flip and brown other side.

Serve hot with chocolate sauce and pancake syrup.
