Gingerbread Pizzelles

Ingredients:

• 2 Cups of New Hope Mills Gingerbread Pancake Mix
• ½ cup sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1stick melted butter

Directions:

1. Preheat pizzelle maker.
2. Combine all ingredients, stir until fully combined
3. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto preheated pizzelle maker. (adjust dough amount according to pizzelle maker size)
4. Bake until the desired golden brown. (setting 3 or 4 on a Cuisinart pizzelle maker)
5. Remove from pizzelle maker and let cool on a wire rack.
6. Optional: Once cool, dust with powdered sugar.
