Ingredients:
- 2 Cups of New Hope Mills Gingerbread Pancake Mix
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1stick melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat pizzelle maker.
- Combine all ingredients, stir until fully combined
- Drop by heaping tablespoons onto preheated pizzelle maker. (adjust dough amount according to pizzelle maker size)
- Bake until the desired golden brown. (setting 3 or 4 on a Cuisinart pizzelle maker)
- Remove from pizzelle maker and let cool on a wire rack.
- Optional: Once cool, dust with powdered sugar.
