Pancake Flour Pie Crust

Ingredients

• 2 Cups New Hope Mills Pancake Mix
• 1/4 Cup Shortening or Butter
• 4 Tbsp. Cold Water

Cut Shortening into Pancake Mix; Add cold water and stir with a fork. Roll into a ball and roll out. Makes a 2-crust pie with a spicy flavor!
