Ingredients:
- 2 cups New Hope Mills Rustic Wheat Sourdough Pancake Mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease an 8” x 4” loaf pan. Combine all ingredients and stir until just blended, small lumps may remain in batter. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool at least 10 minutes before removing from pan.
